1. Foundation interns are recruited on a competitive basis. The competition consists of three stages:
- a. The selection of individuals based on cv and a motivational cover letter
- b. An interview.
- c. Psychological test session.
2. Requirements for the candidates: a. at least 3 years of psychology or management studies; b. very good English command, c.
